Task

The Challenge

Omneky needed to:

– Differentiate itself from ad tech giants like Adobe

– Reduce friction in the creative workflow

– Improve engagement with AI-native features

– Build a consistent and scalable design system

– Refresh its brand to better reflect its future-focused identity

My Role

I owned the end-to-end design process and contributed strategically across design and product, including:

– UX research and competitor analysis

– Wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes

– Design of AI-native workflows and intelligent UI patterns

– Brand identity redesign and component library

– Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data science, and leadership

2. Full-Funnel Optimization

– Product Designer- led brainstorming sessions to conceptualize user flows, wireframes & design systems.

– Engineers – scoped the tech stack, opting for React for the front end and WebSockets for real-time data updates.

– Head of Clinician Performance – ensured clinical accuracy and actionable insights in the content.
